Hello @esnecca,

The first error means the generation of the batch client failed. That’s done in the kaltura-base postinst hook. Without this client, the batch daemon will malfunction.

/opt/kaltura/web/tmp is also created by kaltura-base.

converting now runs correctly.

I had to install

apt-get install libass5
apt-get install libx264-148

manually. Strange.
