I’m having a problem with adaptive bit rate. I’m using Red 5 1.01 and Kaltura 5.0. Red 5 is configured and working but adaptive bit rate always defaults to the lowest bitrate, and even when a higher bitrate is chosen it does not switch. It looks also like bandwidth detection is not working properly. If i turn off HTML5, then it works- but I need both. Anyone have this issue or know a solution?
You might want to try and set the preferred bit rate using the HTML5 configurations
Also what is the player versions you are using for the KDP? Maybe an upgrade would fix this issue.
