VAST ad not working when embedded in webpage

I am trying to integrate a VAST preroll ad into my webpage. I created a new player in KMC and gave it a VAST ad in Monetize tab. When I go to content and add that player skin to a video to embed it, the following is printed in the console:

Why do I see two separate versions in the console? Also, when I embed the player into my webpage I get

I am using Chrome browser for this.

I am suspecting its got something to do with 2 versions being displayed when I add the player skin to my video. Can somebody help me with this?

Preroll ad not working

Looking at your embed, I see you are embedding the Flash player [KDP]. My first suggestion would be to create an HTML5 player using KMC->Studio->Universal Studio and use that in your embed. If that does not work, use the browser’s devtools and check the “Network” and “Console” tabs for errors.
