Store videos in iSCSI mountpoint

I have installed Kaltura in a single CentOS machine following https://github.com/kaltura/platform-install-packages/blob/master/doc/install-kaltura-redhat-based.md. I would like to store the uploaded and transcoded videos in a separate network share in our SAN. Is it possible? If so, which folder needs to be mounted in the network disk? If Kaltura server fails at a future date, can I restore my installation with this folder which contains all videos and a mysql dump taken before the server crashed?

Hello,

You need to mount /opt/kaltura/web onto the SAN.
If the system crashes, you should be able to restore it using the MySQL dump and the web dir.
Also, see the clustered ENV guide to achieve redundancy:

Thanks! I’m not looking at a cluster now. I just need all my data to be in a SAN so that I don’t loose all my videos in case my Kaltura server / its hard disk crashes.
