Resizing or scrolling in IE causes video to disappear but hear audio

On IE only, if you resize the browser while the video is playing or scroll the scroll bar you lose the video but still hear the audio. It doesn’t occur every single time but often enough. Has anyone else had this issue? We are using community edition 4
