I have installed the All In One Video Pack Plugin for Word Press, but when I try to upload a video nothing happens…no errors…no status change …it just shows the name of the file that I’m trying to upload, but nothing else happens…I’ve tried several files…big files …little files…have searched on wordpress for help, so I’m hoping that someone here can give me some guidance.

Did you check to see if the video even shows up in the KMC? If it is in KMC did you allow enough time for it to transcode and show as “Ready” in KMC?
