Hi,
I’m trying to test the creation of a live event in Kaltura, but in the admin portal, when I want to enable the LiveEntry modul, I got the following error message:
“Saving configuration FAILED
An error occurred while saving your configuration: live entries: Kaltura Live Streams feature is not enabled for this partner… Please check the logs for details.”
I don’t know what to do or where to look for the logs!
Is it because I’m on a trial? Do you know if it’s possible to try the live event portal? That’s what I’m interrested in Kaltura.
