Kaltura Report API Data Issue

Hi,

I am tring to get analytics data from report APIs. Although I m able to get the required data but somehow I m not getting real time data. I mean if I play some video in KMC then that play count is not refelected in reports. Can any one tell what is the issue.

Also, can any one suggest a better way to grab all reporting data?

Hello,

These stats update once a day and not in realtime.
The correct way to get is indeed using the API, this is also how KMC does it.
