Hi,

I want to collect Kaltura Live reports data, using kaltura client APIs. But I m facing issues:

  1. Is it required to have live reports enabled for my kmc account? if yes then how?
  2. What is the refresh rate of live reports

I also used report API (not LIVE) to get report data, which i m getting properly, but what is the refresh rate of reports. I run a cron job which pull data from kaltura reports every night at 00:00 Hrs, but I don’t get any thing, looks like refresh rate for reports is more than 24 hrs.

Can anyone please help me on this??
