Hi,
We were talking about this in another thread, but I missed a few days sick and it locked on me. I’ll repost here…
What does /etc/yum.repos.d/kaltura.list contain? This file doesn’t exist
Also, post upgrading, did you re-run the config scripts?
If not, make sure you do. Yes. I did,
Also, what is the output of:
rpm -q kaltura-html5lib kaltura-html5lib-v2.42-1.noarch
and what is the value for html5_version html5_version = v2.42
and studio_version in /opt/kaltura/app/configurations/local.ini? ;studio_version = @STUDIO_VERSION@
I noticed an update for kaltura html5 lib in yum today, so ran it and the config tests again, but am still getting the [kaltura-html5lib ver in KMC config.ini] [FAILED, RC: 1] message.
At this point, it’s just a sandbox, and I can nuke everything and start fresh, but that seems a little drastic The rest of the sanity check is running ok.
OK, so, there is so mismatch of versions here.
Can you please upgrade to 11.14.0? it just become the latest stable. I believe it will align things but if not, we can drill down and fix it locally.
When input is missing from the answer file, it would exit so that’s not it:)
But it is possible something was not properly executed. I believe this will solve it, it’s basically the same steps [or rather a subset of them] that are taken during the postinst phase.
Thanks. I tried a couple times, with errors, and after spending sometime in the rabbit-hole of logs, threw in the towel, nuked the whole lot, started fresh, and have an error-free install to try sample conversion from Falcon with now
