Kaltura Nginx changelog:

Upgraded nginx to 1.8.0 and enabled threads. Needed by Ks new feature. See http://nginx.org/en/CHANGES-1.8 for changelog.
Now with the VTS module from https://github.com/vozlt/nginx-module-vts

The processes was tested on Debian 8 and Ubuntu 14.04 but is expected to work on other versions. If you tried a deb based distro and failed, please report it.
