Is there anyway to encode webex files in Kalutra CE?

I need to encode webex files with Kalutra CE does anyone know how to set this up? I am using Kaltura 9 and Also have Kaltura 10.0 installed on a separate Server/

Hello,

This service is offered by our SaaS but not by CE.
Reason being that it requires a Windows machine in order to work whereas our CE only runs on Linux.
You can contact our sales team about opening a SaaS account.

There is a windows version of CE 3 I found will that do it?

Afraid not. CE3 is very very old. We are currently at 9.
