Global remote storage

Hi everyone.
While I keep working with the delivery profiles, I’ve found that we can have global flavor params (partnerId = 0) and global delivery profiles.
However, I cannot set remote storage profiles (Local) in a “global scope”, i.e. a storage profile which affects every publisher. Since I want all my publishers to use this local storage (and hence these flavor params and delivery profiles too), is there a way where I could set up a storage profile like this?
