Any more detailed log to debug to see on batch job failure issue? For batch job, I mean backend transcoding job.

You can go to admin console->batch process control and provide an entry ID to see what happened to it.
In addition, look at the logs under /opt/kaltura/log/batch
there is a log file per worker type.

When I login KMC admin Tab (http://kmc.kaltura.com/index.php/kmc/kmc4#admin|users), I find screen is blank? Anything wrong with kmc.kaltura.com instance?
