Adding Custom shows blank error message

Hi,
I am trying to add a custom meta field from setting -> custom .
I have enter the name of custom meta data and added a field in it. But when i press the SAVE button it doesn’t save and shows me
a error alert (popup) message. The alert message screen is blank. Still it doen’t show what is the Error.
