Adding Batch Server

Hi there,

I have a All-In-One server running currently. In order to gain faster transcodes, I would like to deploy additional batch servers. Could someone point me in the right direction? I have gone over the cluster config document several times. I can set up the batch server fine, but how do I make the AIO server recognize the new batch server?

when you run kaltura-batch-config.sh

you have to put your service URL the same as your master server
and of course share the same /web folder

you will be able to see your net batch server in SETUP tab under batch process control
the batch server will automatically grab tasks from queue and process them
